For a bug report
Include the Windows version, the app version, what you did just before it happened and what you expected instead. If the problem is with one project, name it and attach a screenshot if you can.
For privacy or purchases
Purchases and refunds are handled by the Microsoft Store, so start with your Microsoft account order history. If that fails, write to me and I will look at what the app recorded.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through my email provider. What I keep is described in the privacy policy.
