Set Up Autopilot Brand Voice

Teach Autopilot who the brand is, who it speaks to, and what kind of posts it should generate.

Where brand voice lives now

Brand voice is now part of the Autopilot workflow, not a separate hidden setting. Open Autopilot and use the Generate Posts tab to edit the active page profile.

This keeps generation and strategy together in one place.

Fields that matter most

The more specific these fields are, the less cleanup is needed after generation.

  • Industry
  • Audience group and audience details
  • Audience pain points
  • Audience motivations
  • Products or services
  • Content goals
  • CTA style
  • Voice notes and banned words

Best practice

Write the profile like a strategist, not like a slogan. Instead of “we sell premium quality,” explain the real customer problem, the type of customer, and what makes the offer different.

If the page has a local market or very clear niche, mention that in audience details or voice notes.
