Approve and Schedule Posts

Autopilot Drafts are meant for review first. Once approved, they move into Scheduled if they have a publish slot, or can be edited further if needed.

All plans can bulk select posts. This makes it easy to approve or remove several drafts in one pass instead of managing them one by one.

The app suggests a day and hour for the active page. If enough page history exists, suggestions are based on that page's own behavior. If not, the app falls back to safe next-available slots.

You can still edit the scheduled time before saving.
